I have gotten a frappe, a latte, tea, and today I got a Matcha latte with sugar-free vanilla and I am always impressed and satisfied. I am disappointed in Dunkin’ Donuts for opening up next-door to them and I hope coffee times puts that Dunkin out of business. I moved out of Arizona three years ago, I have been back 10 times to visit family and every time I go to coffee times. ”

The employees are ALWAYS friendly, it doesn't matter if it's early, late, or super busy (it often is). Their pastries are from local bakery and even their tea is steeped perfect and also served iced. No bitterness from over steeping. I could literally not rave about this place enough. It's the best. It's not even that close to the house but we would rather go here than any other. Even the lines don't take that long, they're so fast! And they're not in your space like DB's, they're just so charming. All of them.
